Caprese Panini San Fernando Valley Style

Yum!
Caprese Panini late night dinner that I hooked up for Michele and myself.

Details include
LaBrea Bakery Rosemary Olive Oil Bread
Fresh Mozzarella
Fresh Basil from our garden
Fresh On The Vine Tomato
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper 

All work and no fuel makes for a dull boy. I could have worn a vintage denim work apron while performing my prep but didn't.
